概要
リージョン一覧自体は下記ページなどに載っているけど、利用可能でないリージョンも載っていたりAzure CLIで指定するNameが載っていなかったりする。
Azure Locations | Microsoft Azure
CLIを利用して利用可能なリージョンとそのNameについても取得する。

リージョン一覧の表示
Azure CLIの下記コマンドで取得できる。

利用できないリージョンについて
CLIでは2019年3月時点で全32リージョンが表示された。
しかし下記によるとAzureでは42リージョンがAvailableで用意されているらしい。
Azure Regions | Microsoft Azure
上記の数にはUS DoD（米国国防総省）等の一般向けでないリージョンや、契約が一筋縄ではいかない中国リージョンが含まれている。
